2. THE VALUE LADDER — If people can't afford your main offer, don't lose them. Give them something cheap ($10-50) that keeps them in your world. Then upsell. Dhruv went from losing clients to making $400 in 3 days.
3. YOU DON'T NEED TO BE AN EXPERT — "I'm not formally trained. I don't know the big words. But I got my following by just doing this." Don't try to be an authority. Just share what you did.
4. REVERSE PROMPTING — Tell Claude the END RESULT. Have it write a plan. Tell it to RATE the plan 0-10. Say "get it to a 9 out of 10." It rewrites. Then "build it one step at a time." You're managing AI like a team member.
5. COMMUNITY INFILTRATION — Join free groups related to your niche. Post value. Don't sell. People will ask "how did you do that?" Get them on a call. Sell them the dream.
6. BAGS OF MONEY IN YOUR DMs — Austin Ham has hundreds of people who've asked for coaching. If you have an audience, you're sitting on a goldmine. Build a referral system, recommend coaches, profit share.
