dropped the framework: treat AI agents like prep work in a kitchen. Create individual agent files, perfect them one by one, then bring them into any future project. It takes longer upfront but compounds forever. The old ways of doing business in person are becoming the new ways — AI is eating digital connection, so real human interaction is the edge.
