I just watched a video by Vinh Giang that breaks this down beautifully using 4 communication “colors.” It’s not AI-related directly, but it’s super relevant to how we use AI to communicate better.

✅ Direct, decisive, outcome-focused
✅ Speak with clarity, confidence, and frameworks
✅ Skip fluff—get to the point
🎉 YELLOW – FUN + CONNECTION
✅ Energetic, creative, expressive
✅ Use stories, enthusiasm, and big ideas
✅ Keep it light and engaging
🌿 GREEN – PEACE + STABILITY
✅ Supportive, calm, patient
✅ Avoid rushing or pushing
✅ Offer reassurance and consistency
📘 BLUE – LOGIC + STRUCTURE
✅ Detail-oriented, analytical, precise
✅ Provide data, steps, and clarity
✅ Respect their need for accuracy
THE BIG INSIGHT Most of us have a dominant color—but we’re really a blend. You might lean GREEN at home but show BLUE when organizing a trip. Your color can shift depending on the situation, your mood, or who's around. Great communicators learn to speak ALL FOUR COLORS.
