Claude Hiring Project Instructions

Hey guys!

Saw everyone has been sharing some skills / prompts on the tool belt and I wanted to contribute some things we've tested out and had success with incase anyone might find them useful.

I conducted a ton of sales rep interviews last week and wanted to see how I could automate the process / save some time. I worked with Claude to create a skill / general reusable instruction set to summarize interviews, rate candidates, and make recommendations based on what we need and are looking for.

There's a bit of leg work at the start to ensure accuracy in its efforts, but definitely saved me some time and omitted any internal post interview document creation on my part.

For context; I'd capture the interviews with granola, upload relevant candidate docs as files to the Claude project - Granola transcript + summary, resume, and I also added the interview doc with my questions and any notes I took. Prior to conducting any interviews I also uploaded our Company Overview doc, Job Description doc, and Rubric doc to the project files.
