Hiring: AI Implementation Consultant & Partner Coach | Remote | $6K/mo

AI Scaling is hiring five full-time AI Implementation Consultants and Partner Coaches.

The role is primarily one-on-one coaching, but you must be able to do the implementation work yourself. You will help new AI agency owners understand and operate the systems we build for them during a three-month ramp, with ongoing support through Slack.

What you will do:

• Teach partners how to use AI Scaling's workspace and agent copilots

• Explain CRM pipelines, automated workflows, work-management systems, AI agents, and B2B sales

• Help configure partner and client workspaces when needed

• Track partner progress, competency, satisfaction, and time to first sale

• Report directly to the COO

Strong candidates have:

• At least two years of hands-on experience implementing CRM, automation, or AI systems

• Experience at an AI implementation agency, GoHighLevel agency, or as a freelancer or agency owner

• Working knowledge of tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Airtable, Notion, or Monday.com

• B2B sales knowledge and prior sales training or mentorship

• Clear, professional English communication and the ability to teach nontechnical business owners

• A reliable desktop setup, camera, and microphone

• Course, SOP, training, or educational content experience is a plus

• Cold email experience is a plus

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday. Work an eight-hour shift within our 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. operating window. Saturday overtime may be available.

Location: Remote worldwide.

Compensation: $6,000 per month starting pay, plus up to 20% in performance bonuses.
