Claude for ADHD inside Claude HQ Classroom š£
You may have seen posts going around about a Claude "ADHD Executive Function Mode." It's not quite a built-in mode like the posts suggest, but the idea underneath it is real and genuinely useful: you can prompt Claude to act like an executive function coach.
Brain dump everything and have it sort into Now, Later, Trash.
Ask it to break a task into one-minute steps and hand you only the first one.
Have it be your silent body double for 30 minutes.
Simple prompts that lower the wall enough to start.
