I’ve been running a faceless YouTube channel that’s finally gaining serious traction. And honestly, AI has been a game-changer. From video scripts to editing flow and especially using avatars, the whole process has become way more scalable and way less stressful.

What surprised me the most?

Once I stopped obsessing over perfect and focused on speed + consistency with the right tools (looking at you, Runway + ElevenLabs 👀), things finally clicked.

I'm now experimenting with combining avatar-led intros + fast-paced visuals, and it's bumping retention like crazy 📈
