The Daily Doodad | Consistent Character Swap
I create every scene using a body double (Image 1) in Midjourney v8.1 (officially the only one I use now) Then upload to Nano Bana Pro along with the proper character (Image 2) and then:
PROMPT
Replace man in image 1 with man in image 2 in the exact same pose. Seamless integration, unified lighting and shadow direction, consistent color temperature across all elements, natural edge transitions, no visible cut lines. Boom!
Add a little film grain, adjust levels and color grade in Photoshop and...Done!
