One thing I’ve noticed when working with AI tools and automations is that it’s easy to get excited about what can be automated… and forget to ask whether it should be.
A simple filter that helps is this: Does this task happen often enough, and does it create friction or mistakes when done manually?
If the answer is yes, automation usually pays off fast. If it’s rare, unclear, or still changing a lot, sometimes it’s better to leave it manual for now.
Starting small and intentional often leads to better systems than trying to automate everything at once.
What’s one process in your business you’re currently debating whether to automate or keep manual?
