AI Phone Agent Problem
Hello, im building an AI Voice Agent in 11 labs to take orders over the phone for restaurants.....I'm trying to add a feature of having the agent give the correct total to customer but i find that even w/ a clear instruction in system prompt to add up the items ordered accurately, the agent still gives the wrong total 20% of the time....Any ideas on how to fix this so agent gives correct total 100% of the time? Thanks!
