just completed all 7 days of the Grow & Scale Challenge, and I want to give her a real, loud celebration because she did the thing most people say they want… and then don’t follow through on. She started Day 1 with honesty and clarity: she wanted a simple system she could actually follow without overwhelm, and she committed because she was tired of feeling stuck and inconsistent.
That’s not a cute goal. That’s a life pivot.
Over the week, she did the work that actually creates momentum:
She identified that her audience-growing offers need attention right now (because visibility has mostly been coming through bundles),
She chose her next focused offer ($27 budgeting ebook/workbook), and started shaping a more natural “people find me” path through honest stories and email.
She mapped her conversion corridor (Find → Trust → Buy → Transform), diagnosed the real leak as visibility,
And she picked one clear “patch the leak” action: write one short, honest money story to begin attracting people in a way that fits her voice.
That’s how you build trust without forcing “content mode.”
Day 5, she named the primary bottleneck: clarity, and chose a practical next step (define her main Free → Paid → Result customer journey using her budgeting workbook).
Not vague. Not fluffy. Specific.
And by Day 7, she didn’t try to become a different person overnight.
She set a simple rhythm that works for her: a daily evening review + plan, with an optional morning check-in, and she anchored tomorrow in 1–3 priorities instead of overload.
Rachael, this is what growth looks like:
Not perfect days. Completed days.
A clear next step. And the self-trust you earn when you keep promises to yourself.
If you want to celebrate her, drop an “I see you” in the comments,
because finishing 7 days isn’t small. It’s evidence.
And she’s building from evidence now.
