Accountability on Tracking Your Metrics Is Important...

But, before I came to a system that actually works for me, it took me some time to figure out what I thought was important.

𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗲...

I see lots of communities try to built accountability with check-ins like this, and I tried to implement the same in this community, but it just does not work.

And that is because people just forget to place that check-in after the first week.

They need to keep track inside their own systems, not in my, or your community.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗹𝘆𝗻 𝗪𝗲𝗶𝘀𝘀 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗿...

I shared it here in the group for you to use as well, but it seems that it's also not working.

It is an improvement on the first accountability method, because now you track it in your own system, and just share that with others to keep you accountable.

But that tracker is not working for me either.

It is a beautiful sheet, but it does not connect with my actual Business Metrics.

So I forget to use & share it.

And I just created a dashboard together with Notion AI that gives me a nice overview in one glance.

Love this because it gives me 1 place to track my numbers, and it is easy to share for accountability.
