Just Closed a $750 Deal by Building a Smart AI Patient Support System
When Ben approached me, his goal was simple — but the execution needed to be perfect. He wanted a patient support AI agent that could do three things flawlessly:

Here’s what I built for him.
The AI agent works like Ben’s personal patient care specialist.It automatically looks at the patient’s fitting date and sends friendly, personalized check-in messages such as:
“Hi Karen, it’s Ben’s patient support specialist just checking in to see how everything is going with your bone growth stimulator. Let me know if you need help reordering supplies, troubleshooting, or anything else.”
The AI rewrites these messages in different ways for each follow-up, so patients never feel like they’re getting the same template over and over.
The smart part? If a patient replies that they need supplies, the AI immediately sends Ben an email with:

- Contact details
- Request note
That way, Ben can process the order right away.
