Booking in the past and double booking
Hey guys! I have a question regarding how we can troubleshoot a Retell AI agent from booking in the past or allowing double bookings. I'm scared of having a frankenstein of a prompt and end up compromising the rest that's already working well. Thank you!

Context: I'm currently using a Retell AI Agent connected to a Calendar function that retrieves data from our n8n automation that's using an AI Agent to identify the intention before running the calendar automation.
