Starting from our Year 1 report card:
We attracted 2,484 members. Most are watching, not building. That is on us, not them. Free communities attract everyone. Not everyone is ready to build.
We paid GoHighLevel $13,200 over 12 months and deployed 111 subaccounts across different industries.
Their platform was built for 2019 marketing agencies — not for AI agents like Jarvis and Tony Stark running 24/7. We cancelled it last week and never looked back.
We built Jarvis - our own AI-native CRM. Local database. Direct Twilio. Direct Resend. Full stack we own for $30/month. It replaced $1,100/month overnight.
We shipped real client work — AI sales agents, reactivation workflows, lead gen systems. Real businesses, real results, real money.
And we made every mistake a first-year AI business makes. Wrong pricing. Wrong ICP. Too many things at once.
Year 2 starts today. And it starts with a major announcement.
