How to deliver n8n automations to clients ?

Hey, I want to ask how do you guys deliver n8n automations/agents/workflows to the clients. Do they buy the n8n by themselves and then you build it in their n8n account ? Or you just import json file to their n8n account, Or do you run your n8n automations on your account but you just change your credentials to theirs and you change everything to theirs so it works for them, or do you guys do it in a whole different way ? Please let me know. Thanks!
