Restarting openclaw

Hi all I was using Openclaw in the earlier version and set up a few custom skills for agency workflow. But mid Feb with the update my open claw stopped having access to a lot of things. I tried to follow some of the online instruction to grant access to browser automation and shell command again but failed. The claw itself is updated to the latest version. I need to look into this again for automating a bunch of existing workflow. But first I have to fix it and let it have the full capacity. Where should I look first to fix the config?
