Hey every ai agency owners or business owners in the group,
my question is simple like is you have to start your business from scratch with no money so how would you build your entire process and land your first client and everything like lead sourcing to cold outreach channel to services and you have gotta only a decent laptop with good wifi network.
And what's your current lead sourcing and generating process and your current revenue.
