Hey everyone 👋 João here — founder of Grownexis, where we help small businesses grow faster by doing less (yep, that’s the power of automation ).
A bit about me: I spent the last few years helping clients reach financial success at Bank of America. Along the way, I saw how many small businesses, especially in the immigrant and labor sectors — were overwhelmed by manual tasks, losing time and opportunities daily.
So I built Grownexis — a consulting agency focused on smart automations, AI agents, and digital workflows that simplify operations and boost results. From generating qualified leads, to organizing job schedules, automating social media, and streamlining client follow-ups — we help businesses reclaim their time and grow
I’m currently based in Massachusetts, deeply connected with the Brazilian business community here — where there’s a huge flow of money, talented labor workers, and many business owners who just need the right systems to scale. I work closely with my cousin, and together we’re focused on serving construction, remodeling, and service-based entrepreneurs. These folks know how to work hard — we just help them work smarter.
