I could use some advice on an issue I'm having with our AI calling automation. The first part is working great. Automation flow save leads with details to a spreadsheet, send them to the AI calling tool, and it kicks off the call smoothly. The contact rate is around 86%, and if the user just answers with simple "yes" or "no" responses, the call flows really well.
But there's a catch: when users ask questions or say things like, "Is anyone there?" the AI gets confused. It seems to stop following the script, and sometimes even ends the call abruptly.
The calls themselves are straightforward—just qualifying leads or transferring them to a human agent. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening? Or any tips on how to make the AI handle these unexpected responses better?
