We've got a new formal promise to every No-Code Architect.

We're committing to solve 100% of all the tech issues (and if we can't we'll provide you the next best solution).

It might take a little time to address every issue, and we'll need your help in the form of a) patience and b) screenshots 🌆 (but we'll get it resolved, we promise).

That's our commitment to you.

From now on, you'll get little nudges from us in each "⛑️ Tech Support" thread asking you update the title of your thread to "(Solved)" (if we did indeed solve it).

And if we didn't it'll be a nice reminder that we're still here to help you.

This will help us make sure we're not leaving a single tech issue unresolved.
