Over the last year, I’ve been testing AI tools inside real workflows and teams. I’m now formalizing that into a short, structured AI Audit focused on tool selection and real-time savings (not shiny tools).
I’m opening 3 pilot slots this month for businesses with multiple processes/teams that feel overwhelmed by AI but aren’t seeing clear ROI.
