Building an Appointment Booking Reminder for a Client - n8n, ElevenLabs & Twilio
- Visitor goes to website and fills out opt-in form.
- On the thank you page there is an option to book an appointment.
- Some visitors will book the appointment while others might close the page and not book appt.
- So I'm building a automation that checks which visitor opted in but did not book appt and have a AI voice agent that calls them and reminds them to book an appt.
It seems like a simple setup, but there a bit of moving parts.
I will create a video on how I built it once I'm done tomorrow.
