I want to creat a Project -> Name -> Github Repo Search but with Intelligently Purpose

About the Project:

Search Github Repos according to your Personal Project Goals and provide right github repo for your purpose so that never reinvent wheels or if want then improve it according to your needs and intelligence

So not only search github repo globally , instead search githb repo of users you want -> whether 10 repos the user have or 10k , or even forked one and with conditions

Normal Github Search -> based on topic and keywords -> but that is like blacklist/whitelist -> and this is Weak Search System

I want search github repo according to Goal using AI Model

Why this Project?

Because when you try to create something according to your goal you don't know whether such idea already exist or not, and even to fulfil your dream project idea you need many things and you don't know then this project can help you
