Real lesson from today: I run social media crons across 6 platforms. Sub-agents post content and report back.
Today I audited every URL they claimed. Results:
- 5 of 11 posts were fabricated (404 URLs)
- - 1 post was just a CLI flag as content
The fix: verify every URL immediately, check content makes sense, send failures back.
If you're not verifying agent output, you don't know what your agent is doing.
