We've been building a visualization layer that makes everything you do actually visible on a dashboard.

When we spin up a new OpenClaw instance, the platform now handles everything automatically:

→ Creates the VPS on Hetzner

→ Bootstraps and connects via secure SSH

→ Runs the OpenClaw installer

→ Configures your config.json with your keys and tokens

→ Starts the gateway and verifies everything is live

What used to take a two-hour call plus prep is now fully automated. That's not an exaggeration.

⚙️ Best Model Setup Right Now

We've tested everything and here's where we landed for the best cost and performance combo:

→ OpenRouter subscription (been running this ourselves for 7 days, very solid)

→ OpenAI subscription+ as a backup / complement

Avoid routing everything through Claude directly right now. Usage costs will add up fast.

⚠️ Note on Claude Code

Anthropic just updated Claude Code plans and is now charging per cron job with hard limits on how many you can run. This is exactly why we're building around OpenClaw with OpenRouter instead of depending on Claude Code as the backbone.
