Hi everyone 👋
I'm Evert Vorster, founder of AI Automated Solutions, an AI automation and implementation agency based in South Africa.
I help agencies and businesses build practical AI systems — CRM workflows, WhatsApp automation, AI agents, and operational tools that reduce manual admin, improve follow-up, and help teams move faster. My focus is real implementation, not AI hype: turning messy operations into systems that actually run day to day.
Core areas I work in:
- Lead capture, CRM pipelines, and sales automation
- WhatsApp/AI chatbots and receptionists
- Client onboarding and follow-up systems
- Quote/proposal workflows and reporting dashboards
- Internal task routing and approval queues
I work primarily with GoHighLevel, CRM platforms, and custom AI/automation builds, and I'm increasingly focused on full AI implementation systems (receptionists, sales assistants, support agents, reporting tools) rather than single-point automations.
I'm here to learn from other agency owners and operators — particularly around delivery systems, productised services, and scaling without everything routing through the founder. Happy to share what I'm building and learn from what's working for others.
