XC HEMEL : The experience
So I ventured to the indoor park called XC in Hemel Hempstead, and I was pretty Suprised at how good it was, for £25 (x2) people all day access it works out cheaper than some other parks I’ve been too (Baysixty) for example.
XC is set out with a Mini ramp, a street section with multiple banks and a euro gap, 1 large vert wall which must be about 30ft wide and acts as a line to the quarter ramp transfers into a resin ramp !
x2 massive bowls and a large halfpipe area.
I would say there’s enough space to skate but anymore than 8 - 10 in the indoor park it starts to feel like a crowd and can become a waiting game due to “Rules” on how many people can use a piece of obstacle at a time.
My experience summed up :
9/10 - It’s a very friendly environment, good staff and skaters on who I met.
