Questions Please!

I'm so excited - I'm going to be doing some further filming alongside the podcast recordings, for a segment I'm calling, Strategy Snippets! They are going to be short videos of a few minutes, answering some of the questions I hear most often from founders. Adviser was created because there were so many founders who have practical, but important questions that don't need a full session to answer, but can stop them from getting on with their business. Things such as:

how do I ask a customer to pay their bill?
how do i negotiate a price from a supplier?
how do I set my prices?
when is the right time to employ someone?

While I could talk for hours on each of these, I'm pretty sure nobody is looking for that! So the concept is to create five minute videos that covers the main points and hopefully get you on the right path.

I would love to know what kind of questions you would like me to cover - think about this week, when you have asked yourself how do you do or think about something. Obviously in many cases, you will have answered yourself already (but you know where I am if not!) but the question and answer could be really useful for someone else.
