Advised is a private community for adults 18+ who feel their lives are being run by habits. Human lives are driven by habits – but most people never learn how to change them.
I spent 20+ years trying to quit smoking and fix other “normal” habits (alcohol, recreational “fun”, junk food, bad sleep, constant distraction). My habits were in control. I felt trapped, out of shape and often without energy to get out of bed or handle serious work.
Here you get the system I had to build to save my own life: clear, practical protocols for changing habits, tested on the hardest case I know – myself. Today I feel excellent, train twice a day, direct my own behaviour and, for the first time in years, feel free and disciplined.
