Great way to add an account to your credit report

🚨 Primary account and NOT a tradelines (banks like primaries better)

Tradelines help with age BTW, in case you didn't know, don't buy tradelines unless you have to

🚨 Do the minimum offer $25 a month for 24 months (doesn't make a difference if you choose more)

🚨 Adds 10-50 points to your FICO score

🚨Takes 1-2 weeks to be placed on your credit report

🚨 Self also has a service called "SELF rent" which reports rent payments for FREE as an extra

🚨 It's a Savings account so after 24 months they give you the money back and you keep the psotive credit history too
