I signed up for Kory's white glove service about 6 months ago and currently have 4 clients with whom I'm either actively showing homes, or working with. 2 of them are already under contract on a purchase, and have their own home to sell as well. That transaction will lead to around $25K GCI, with a little over $5K in google ad spend so far. For people that want lead generation mostly automated, I couldn't recommend the white glove service enough. Having lofty included is a huge benefit too!
