Duplicate Courses Info | Skool Feature Coming + Sam Commented
Not everyone saw the full update, so here’s the scoop from today’s Skool News plus extra info from the comments and a fast clarification from Sam himself. Four minute response time. Legend.
✅ You can now:
• Duplicate entire courses
• Duplicate folders in courses
And the big one:
You’ll soon be able to share a course between communities using a course key.
Only owners can do this. Think Canva template vibes. Once it’s shared, the other group gets its own version and can make changes without touching the original.
Thank you for asking the key questions that helped get clarity fast.
Sam confirmed:
"Once it’s imported the original has no connection to the new course."
made a great post "What are some creative ways you're planning to use the Shared Course feature?" and you might go check it out/follow it/add to the convo to get ideas.
Here are some of them now:
• You can sell or gift course templates
• You can give preview access in your free group, and house the full course in your paid one
• You can run challenge-based or pop-up groups that pull content from your main community
• You can create universal training for your whole team or org
• You can help affiliates launch faster by giving them editable content instead of making them start from scratch
It’s not out yet, but it’s expected to roll out sometime tonight or tomorrow.
I will be working on some to make available for duplication.. just have to find time to add it to the to do list lol 😅
👇 How will you use it?
