As we're moving into week two, one thing I am very curious about is how many check-ins folks do per day, and when, and why? I started with one mid morning (after morning routine) and at the end of the evening, but then found myself skipping the evening ones. Now I am thinking I might switch to end-of-day check-ins that capture the whole day and give me chance to reflect and think about what the focus of tomorrow should be... I know I am probably over-thinking this, but, again, am curious how others do it!
