I made you something.
This is something I put together as a lead magnet for my Agency Overhaul consulting program, but I wanted to share it with you all in case it can help you get some structure around your Google Ads work.
I made it super general, so it should apply to any service, Google Ads being no exception.
There's a link to a walkthrough video at the top-left and the different pages include sheets you can upload as task lists directly into Asana, Monday, or Teamwork.
