Hey! My name is Leo Landaverde.
I'm the Founder & CEO of Greenland Advisors, a boutique accounting and advisory firm based in California serving lower-middle-market clients nationwide. Since 2017, I've contributed to small business development as a subject matter expert in accounting and finance with the SBA T.H.R.I.V.E. program, a nationwide program sponsored by the U.S. Small Business Administration, which mentors 1,500+ entrepreneurs on an annual basis, teaching entrepreneurs about scaling and managing their ventures effectively.
With over $100 million in M&A transactions on both the buy and sell sides, I'm also a licensed business broker and M&A advisor with expertise in deal structuring, negotiations, and financing. I'm an active member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA).
I'm a father of three and a husband of 25 years.
