Yoga sleep breathing
When I was in rehab they had a sleep yoga book that taught me the bottom belly and top rib breathing..as well as breathing holding one nostril closed with your thumb and index finger on your forehead (kinda looking like your sucking your thumb). But after doing this I would be asleep before even 5mins of laying down. It was a blessing to have found that book. So I live by this stuff now!!
