Metrics That Matter

Not every metric deserves your attention.
Vanity metrics โ followers, likes, impressions โ feel good but mean little. The metrics that grow businesses are conversion rate, customer lifetime value, churn, gross margin, and cash flow. Know your numbers deeply. Track them weekly. What gets measured gets managed. What gets reviewed gets improved.
