A2Z Handgun Academy was founded by Dallas Mills, a 15-year law enforcement veteran of the Jacksonville Beach Police Department (S.W.A.T., Detectives Division, Patrol Division, and Field Training Officer) with 30 years of hands-on handgun experience. Dallas is an NRA Certified Basic Pistol Instructor and Range Safety Officer, and has spent the last 5 years personally training 200+ civilian students in safe, confident handgun ownership and marksmanship.
