I’m the founder of Peak13 Consulting, an AI automation agency helping business owners eliminate chaos and unlock their full potential through systems and strategy. With 8+ years in IT support, project delivery, service design, transition management and now AI expertise I’ve led high-impact rollouts for global organisations and helped design scalable, future ready systems.
Right now, I’m diving deeper into LLMs, automation workflows, and AI integration across service based businesses especially in property and professional services.
