How long do you sit in the car before you go inside?
Nothing's wrong. Job's handled. Family's handled. From the outside, you look fine.
But you sit there an extra ten minutes with the engine off, scrolling nothing, and you couldn't tell anybody what you're waiting for.
So I'll ask it straight:
What's the one thing you've been sitting on?
A decision you've moved to next week three times. A conversation you keep rehearsing and never having. A promise to yourself you've renegotiated so many times you stopped counting.
Drop it below. One sentence is enough. Honest beats impressive here.
Every man in this room joined because something needed to change. Me included — Crohn's, sixty extra pounds, and a stretch of years where I didn't believe my own word. I didn't think my way out of it. I rebuilt it rep by rep.
I'll go first in the comments.
And if what you just typed stings a little when you read it back — that's the signal. Don't sit on that one too.
Be a titan. Let's do this. — Aaron
