Ok my TST army! I got to give a shout out to somebody that deserves it. My boy Randy is doing the work. I’m 4 sessions in with this amazing Titan and he is doing great!! I’m so proud of this brother in arms. The Randy I knew 4 weeks ago is not the Randy I know now. He has done a complete 180. He has turned his life around and making himself the man who he wants to be. I’m so very proud of him and the steps he has taken. Randy you are making such good progress, keep the momentum going. You freaking rock my brother!!!! Let’s keep moving forward!🫵🏼🤘🏼👊🏼
