Hey, I'm Jordan, but my friends call me J.
Two years ago I left my marriage, the 1st big decision I ever made for myself. What followed was survival mode, then slowly, learning to choose myself. That's when I started unintentionally building a lighter life. Therapy, journaling, sitting with discomfort instead of running from it, rebuilding my routines & getting clear on my values. This space is what came out of that.
A Lighter Life is for you if:
You're the fixer, the eldest daughter, the friend who shows up. You've been through tough seasons and you're still standing.
Inside you'll find:
- Eating well on a budget, single city girl style
- Books, podcasts & moments that shift how I think
- Swaps & saving money
- Permission to do things differently
- A place to ask the hard questions, like "how do I put myself first?"
A year from now, I want you to see the small shifts: how you regulate, respond, rest & talk to yourself. Not a different person, just a lighter, more honest version of who you've always been.
