it costs nothing but means the absolute world... we're quick to spread hate, negativity, judgement, etc yet when it comes to kindness it's like a foreign object and our entire being can freeze up! kindness can literally save a life - some beautiful soul could be thinking up a dreaded way out but with just a simple smile, a gentle hello, good morning, i love your outfit, it doesn't matter what it is, it can literally flip that decision on its head and allow them another day that's filled with love and light, all from that exchange of kindness 🙏🏻 we all have our own battles, demons, shadows lurking within which nobody really knows about nor what actually goes on behind closed doors, behind the masks that we wear daily, so it's important to stay mindful, compassionate and have empathy for one another because we're all experiencing this human existence together... not a single one of us is better than another, we're just all doing the best that we can in any given moment, with what we have, and life is too precious and not always promised to throw nothing but love at eachother 💞 what's one act of kindness you hold dear to your heart?
