What Kind of Figures Do You Prefer?
I personally prefer soft mouth puppets because they are lighter and more suited to my smaller size. (I am 5’3.5 inches tall and sometimes a wooden figure is too big for me). What do you prefer, soft mouth or wood? Let the group know.

I've never used a professional hard figure (just been doing this for 1 and 3/4 year) But soft puppets seem to work just fine. I got Waldo custom made from Pubbets (James Marshall is an awesome and sweet guy) and for the money (only paid $185 at the time) you can't beat the quality I just bought a mass produced monkey puppet from him and for $75 its awesome

@April Brucker So the blue guy is Waldo and with the monkey i decided to call him Gus (just got him in this past monday)
Mic Stand or Headset?
When doing your live shows, do you prefer a mic stand or headset? I’m old school (NYC comedy clubs is where I cut my teeth) so I like a mic stand. Some vents like a head set because they can move freely. So what’s everyone’s preference?

Perfer headsets, but the problem with the one I have is it picks up when I breath through my nose. I would like to try a lapel mic (or however you spell it) I do carry hand held mics if something goes wrong with the headset though
