My issue lately is bloating, more in the evening. I’ve reduced my meal size and changing some of the things I’m eating, hoping that would help. Are there supplements that can be taken to help with bloating or just menopause in general? I’ve been on HRT for just over a year now, this seems to be the timeline or point that I’ve noticed things changing with my bloating and energy during running and strength training. I don’t eat before any workout, I’ve been caught short at times - which is difficult when out in the countryside 😝 I have a triathlon type challenge coming up in April and am concerned put refuelling during the challenge. The first part of the challenge is a 51km cycle, I can fuel before that but it’s the rest of the challenge I’m concerned about. I don’t like bananas, is there something else I could eat to get the same or similar benefits.
