Everyone help me to congratulate @Kim Sparrowk who just made a huge Breakthrough! She just completed her first GH Fast! (She went 37 hours, which means more HGH surging through her body!) Completing a long fast (the right way) is very much like completing a 5K race that you trained for and were still nervous about—but you showed up and did it anyway. @Thomas Miller I'm good! Remembering my lessons and while not perfect on following through - have kept mostly to my daily goals of living (apple cider vinegar, movement, protein intake, fasting, etc.) THANK YOU! Hope you are well and headed toward a very, merry Christmas!

@Thomas Miller Isn't it interesting how much our senses can evoke a part of our memories? Smell (like perfumes or certain food smells), taste (childhood or holiday foods), hearing (a song can bring back such strong memories), touch, or seeing something familiar.... I like that you said to enjoy eating my Mom's apple pie without guilt. It is pure memory of her for me. ❤️

@Mel Garza I have a desk job, too. There are days I only get 2,000 steps in by time I get home from a 12-hour work day. How is that possible???!!! :) I find I have to make it up early mornings, or later in the evenings, which can be challenging. Positivity will serve you well!!
