AVOID FEELING OVERWHELMED! Do you feel like there is too much to do and not enough time in the day? A few ways I have learned to avoid overwhelm is to stop wanting everything perfect. It really is OK to make mistakes or do things without them being perfect! 1. One example is cleaning my house, it is a lot of work, and so instead of trying to get it all done in one day, I do a little every day (bite size chunks) it is the same for your online business, do a few small tasks every day, because progress is progress. 2. Switch off all tech, all screens and go for a walk outside, be in nature and soak up some sun. If you can walk barefoot outside. Do this for at least half an hour every single day! It works 💪 3. Stop feeling behind or like you're not doing enough. You're not behind, trust the process, you do what you can do and that is it. Don't ever compare your journey to anyone else.
