Hello all! Keen to be here and soak up all the knowledge. I've just started training at 33 after doing nothing physical/sports related my entire life haha my gym offers Kun Khmer and MMA which I'm loving but I wanted to find extra ways to practice at home when the gym is shut plus develop a good mobility routine because I'm as stiff as a board :)
