January vs February… i was making a ton of excuses for myself the last couple of months. Decided to lock in on the gym, and not looking back anymore. Remember: you decide what kind of day you’re going to have. External pressure, problems, stress, … that’s all noise that you can handle if you want to.

Today's workout: 10 minutes mobility (world's greatest stretch, pigeon stretch, 90-90 mobility, internal rotation of the hip) Calf raises 3 sets A1 Goblet squats with KB (10 x 20kg) A2 Single-leg RDL with KB (10 x 20kg) B1 Sandbag lunges (20kg) B2 Farmer Carry (24kg KB both sides) Finisher Wall balls (6kg)
Stop being obsessed with Mondays
You get to live another day ❤️ We’ve been programmed to: – Hate Mondays – Survive Tuesdays – Push through Wednesdays – Live for Fridays – Escape on weekends That’s 5 days waiting for 2. That’s not freedom. What if Monday wasn’t the enemy? What if it was simply another brick in the life you’re building? There are moments you work. There are moments you don’t. There are moments you push. There are moments you recover. It’s not about the day. It’s about intention. When you stop dividing your life into “escape” and “reality” you start designing a week you don’t need to run from. That’s the path to freedom: Not fewer Mondays. Better systems. Clear priorities. Energy management. Ownership. If you hate Mondays, don’t escape them. Redesign them. Build a week where: • You train with purpose • You work toward something meaningful • You protect time to recover • You create moments you look forward to Monday is just a mirror. 100% honesty - I don’t know if I can say I’m truly happy, but I believe it’s also a choice. So I choose to focus on the positive. 100% did everything I wanted to (and more) today. Yes, I was better today than yesterday.
